I found a guy selling some fans from a 1999 Dodge Intrepid, cheap. The fan housing fits the radiator in the Monte like a glove! Three little brackets was all that was needed to hold it in place. I did have to cut the original mountng "ears" off since they stuck out to either side. There is a thermostatically controlled switch to turn the fans on and off and also a manual switch on the dash.
